The trainings and drills are a good tool to prepare all the neighbors, whether in schools, jobs, etc, for situations of risk or emergencies. Giving them information about how to act, what to do and what not to do, and above all, being close "said Guillermo Bonafina, undersecretary of security and emergencies of Lanús.
On Friday, May 3, two drills were held, one at 10 am and the other at 3:00 pm. School evacuation simulations were conducted at School 43.
In addition, on May 20, training will be provided through the ART for the safe driving of drivers, thus generating more safety for the children.
These trainings that are being carried out are linked to the use of fire extinguishers and evacuation guidelines. They have already been provided in 35 units and the total number of agents currently trained is 637.
In both drills that were held in school 43 on Friday, May 3, the firefighters, the SAME, the School Board and Civil Defense intervened, inside and outside the place, with the aim of providing the greatest amount of tools at the time of presenting themselves. emergency situations.
These trainings on the use of fire extinguishers and action guidelines are carried out until the end of all the offices of the municipality of Lanús.
